Brinkley Station Townhouse Association (BSTA)

Pet Policy

All dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet(s).

Picking up after your dog is an important part of pet ownership and

shows pride in your community and respect for others.

Aside from this being an annoyance, it is the law

Please be respectful of your neighbors and the community and do not allow your dog to poop in their yards. Also, when walking your dog in the field and on other common areas, please clean up after your dog.

Please don't make your responsibility somebody else's problem.

Pets are not allowed to be left unattended or unleashed on community areas.

The BSTA has adopted the County’s fine system which ranges from $25.00 - $250.00 per incident for non-compliance with this guideline. Any homeowner/resident observed to be in violation will be assessed a fine.  The fine will increase with each reported incident.

Homeowners/residents are encouraged to inform the BSTA Board of anyone not adhering to these rules.  The BSTA will collaborate with the Prince George’s County Division of Animal Control for continued non-compliance.
